- Design and run experiments on model behavior and product quality
- Build evaluation pipelines to measure what actually matters
- Prototype new features powered by large language models
- Read papers, test ideas, and share what you learn
What you'll bring
- Strong software engineering skills, especially in Python or TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompting, and evaluation
- Ability to work independently and own problems end to end
